Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy
Refunds for outpatient mental health consultations and treatments are subject to the following conditions:

Refunds are only issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

No refunds are provided for late cancellations or missed appointments.

If technical issues prevent a telehealth session from occurring, clients may reschedule or request a refund.
-
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
