Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

Refunds for outpatient mental health consultations and treatments are subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

  • No refunds are provided for late cancellations or missed appointments.

  • If technical issues prevent a telehealth session from occurring, clients may reschedule or request a refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval.
